Sibusiso Tshabalala was born in Soweto, South Africa. He is both an experienced sales and a talent development enthusiast. In his current role, Sibusiso mainly focused on supporting Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Businesses recover from the pandemic and rethink their business model and their entrepreneurial mind-set. His passion for seeing a thriving Black economy is directly linked with his personal drive for success through helping others achieve their worthy ideal.
