As our Growth and Sustainability Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of fundraising, growth, and sustainability support for Black and Racially Minoritised (BRM) community organisations, movements and social enterprises across the South West. Working in this role provides an opportunity to create lasting impact across an ambitious, values-driven regional programme. 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrable success in supporting organisations to fundraise, including securing grants from trusts/foundations and winning public sector contracts.

• Proven programme or project management experience: developing plans, managing budgets and delivering complex regional or multi-stakeholder projects to time and quality.

• Experience of advising on or developing trading/social enterprise models.

• Track record of building partnerships with funders, commissioners and public sector stakeholders.

• Evidence of delivering capacity-building support (e.g. training, mentoring, diagnostics).
