10/02/2018 Third #ThereISBlackIntheUnionJack documentary screening in Bristol

On Saturday 10th February, #ThereISBlackIntheUnionJack documentary was screened for the third time in Bristol, at the Trinity Centre as part of the Being Bristolian festival organised in partnership with Up Our Street.

The documentary was previously screened in October 2017 at the Festival of the Future City where it was launched, as well as at the Docklands at the heart of the local community in St.Paul's (to find out more about these previous screenings, please see here). This time the screening was attended by more than 50 people from the local community, who had a chance to ask questions and discuss race and belonging in a session with our director, Sado Jirde, and Dr. Edson Burton.
